Healthcare Pricing That Makes Sense

No hidden fees. No surprise bills. Just honest, transparent pricing you can understand before you walk through our doors.

The rising cost crisis

156%

Avg. deductible increase since 2010

The average family deductible has skyrocketed from $2,850 to $7,306, forcing patients to delay or avoid necessary care.

73%

Can't predict medical costs

Nearly three-quarters of Americans report they have no idea what their healthcare will actually cost until after receiving care.

$0-$10,000

Same service, wildly different costs

The identical medical service can vary by thousands of dollars depending on where you go—even within the same insurance network.

Healthcare has become unaffordable and unpredictable. At Sina Health, we're changing that.

Our Transparency Commitment

At Sina Health, we believe you deserve to know what you'll pay before you receive care. As an independent, physician-owned practice, we're not beholden to corporate pricing structures or hospital facility fees. We set fair prices that reflect the true cost of providing excellent care.

Dr. Bilal Mannan, President, Sina Health

"Every patient deserves dignity, quality care, and price transparency. We publish our prices because healthcare should never come with financial surprises."

— Dr. Bilal Mannan, President, Sina Health

Frequently Asked Questions

  • As an independent, physician-owned practice, we don't have the overhead costs, facility fees, or corporate profit margins that hospital systems build into their pricing. Our goal is fair pricing that reflects the true cost of excellent care.

  • Most insurance plans cover our services. The prices listed are our self-pay rates. If you have insurance, your out-of-pocket costs may be different depending on your deductible, copay, and coinsurance. Contact us to verify your coverage.

  • Our endoscopy prices are completely all-inclusive with no hidden fees. Unlike many facilities that send separate bills for the physician, facility, anesthesia, and pathology, our price covers everything: physician/specialist fee, facility fee, anesthesia (sedation), pathology and lab fees, biopsies (unlimited), and polyp removal (any number). The price you see is the price you pay. Period.

  • As an independent practice performing procedures in an outpatient setting, we don't have the overhead costs and facility fees that hospitals charge. Hospital-based colonoscopies often cost $3,000-$4,500 or more because they bill separately for the facility, physician, anesthesia, and pathology. Our all-inclusive pricing gives you the same quality care at 40-60% less.

  • For most healthy patients with straightforward indications, a brief consultation may be included in your procedure visit. For patients with complex medical histories or specific concerns, a separate specialist consultation may be recommended (see Specialist Visit pricing).

  • Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards for all services.

  • Yes, we offer 0% interest payment plans for patients who need them.

  • This list covers our most common services. If you need something not listed, contact us for a price quote before your visit.

  • No, lab work is priced separately so you only pay for what you need. All lab prices are listed above.

  • Yes, we are Medicare-participating providers. Medicare patients pay their standard copays and deductibles.

  • Most tests require no preparation. Fasting tests (typically 8-12 hours) include glucose, insulin, and lipid panels. We'll tell you specific prep when you book.

  • Most routine lab results are available in 24-48 hours through our patient portal. Complex or specialized tests may take 3-7 business days. We'll contact you if any results need immediate attention.

  • Pennsylvania law requires a physician order for all lab tests. Schedule a visit to discuss which tests are appropriate for you, or bring lab orders from another provider.

  • We partner with major national reference labs (Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp) ensuring the same quality and accuracy you'd get anywhere else—just at better prices.

  • We negotiate directly with labs as a high-volume practice and pass savings to you. Hospital labs add significant markup. Our independent status means lower overhead and transparent pricing.

  • Absolutely. Our cash prices are often lower than insurance copays. Many patients find it's actually cheaper to pay cash at our rates than use insurance.
